Sheet Sets

Arcol boards provide an infinite canvas for whiteboarding, moodboarding, and documentation via sheets. Sheet sets let you bundle up a selection of sheets into a shareable link.

  1. Click on the Sheet Sets tab on the overlay
  1. Click the + New button
  1. Select the sheets that you want to be included in the sheet set. You’ll need to have at least 1 sheet on a board(s) in your project to use the sheet set feature.
  1. If you wish to edit the sheet set name, click on the name at the top of the overlay

Some things to know:

  1. Sheet sets are view only → viewers may comment on the sheet set, but no edits can be made.
  1. Sheet sets update in real-time. If edits are made in the project to items on the sheet set, the sheet set will update automatically and anyone viewing the sheet set link will see the changes immediately.
