What are the technical requirements for running Arcol?
Arcol should run on basically anything, it may just be less performant on older computers. We currently only support chromium-based browsers, so Arcol cannot be accessed on Safari or IE.
What file formats can I import?
We currently support the following formats for import
  • Images → jpg, jpeg, png
  • 3D Models → fbx, glb, gltf, ifc, obj, stl, 3dm
  • DWG/DXF → dwg, dxf
What file formats can I export?
We currently support the following formats for export
  • Images → jpg
  • 3D Model → glb, stl, revit via add-in
  • Data → csv
What is Arcol’s pricing model?
We have a per seat per user cost, but we also offer flat fees for entire firm usage. We’re pretty flexible on finding the right cost for you - reach out to us at info@arcol.io for more details.
I’m trying to log in but didn’t get the access code, help!
There’s a few things we’d recommend here. First, wait a few minutes…sometimes the access code email isn’t instant. Next check your junk mail. Finally, try going to app.arcol.io in a new tab and re-enter your email. If none of those things work, reach out to us at info@arcol.io and we’ll answer right away.
